Robert P. Bleiberg

Bob Bleiberg is co-founder and partner in the law firm of Hill and Bleiberg, LLC. His trial practice represents victims of serious injuries or wrongful death from catastrophic trucking, motor vehicle accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and premises liability, such as trip and fall incidents. Frequently Mr. Bleiberg's cases require aggressive action against the insurance company which insures the wrongdoer.

Mr. Bleiberg graduated with honors from the University of Georgia, following attending Florida State University on a track scholarship. His law degree was also received from the University of Georgia in 1976. He was a partner at the Atlanta law firm of Lokey and Bowden until the establishment of Hill and Bleiberg, LLC in 1986.

Mr. Bleiberg is frequently requested to lecture to professional organizations and law firms on current legal topics. These often relate to his effective litigation strategies which have resulted in significant recoveries, in the millions of dollars, for his clients both in and out of the courtroom.

He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association (certified in personal injury cases, attorney referral system), American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Brain Injury Foundation, State Bar of Georgia (Product Liability Section), American Society of Law and Medicine and Gridiron Secret Society.

Mr. Bleiberg brings a unique insight into serious injury cases. In the first years of his practice he represented insurance companies in the defense of these types of cases. This invaluable experience enables him to anticipate and understand the tactics and thinking of the opposing insurance adjusters and defense attorneys. He has been recognized by inclusion in the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys, and has achieved an AV Peer Review (highest rating) by Martindale Hubbell. Many of his successes in serious cases have been reported by television, radio, and newspaper reports and have been written about in professional publications.
